Look Out For Your Friends for a Safe Spring Break

If you are going on spring break, I am going to assume you have friends going with you. Make a pact with your friends to look out after each other. Try to keep together if possible and if not, try to be with at least one other friend.

For instance, if two people want to go sightseeing, let the others in your group know where you are going and when to expect you back. I know it sounds parental but there have been many instances of vactioneers turning up missing and worse.

Also, if you are vactioning someplace where it is legal for you to drink, drink moderately and make sure you do not go too far from the group without at least letting someone know where you are going. The most obvious example of this is the Natalee Holloway story. Have fun but take care of each other, too.
